Announcements April 29th – May 3rd

Congratulations to the boys’ tennis team for winning the WaMaC tennis tournament on Monday.  Kaleb Flenker and Brady Digman placed 1st in their singles division. Colton Goodenow and Logan Skladzien won 2nd place medals in #3 doubles.

Congratulations to the boys’ tennis team for bringing home the second place trophy from the Clinton Invitational on Saturday. Kaleb Flenker earned a 2nd place medal in singles competition. Brady Digman and Daniel Coyle placed 3rd in doubles.

CAGE Members: Awards are Thursday, May 9th at 6pm in the cafeteria. We are having a dessert bar. Please tell your parents, and sign up outside of Mrs. Krum’s room to bring something. We will provide the ice cream.

Deadline to register for ACT is Friday, May 3  for the Saturday, June 8 testing which will be held here at MHS.

SENIORS ASSISTING WITH BACCALAUREATE PLANNING: The next meeting will be Wednesday, May 1st during GST in the cafeteria.

Baseball practice starts tonight at 5:30.  It will be at the field or in the west gym.  If you are not part of the twitter group, you need to be.  See Coach Mangler for schedules.

Juniors:  University of Iowa Army ROTC will be here on Thursday, May 9 at 9:45 in the counseling office.  A sign up sheet is in the counseling office.

Tryouts:

Wednesday, May 15th 4:30-6:00

All practices and tryouts will be held at the high school in the multipurpose room.

OPEN TO THE PUBLIC: SKATE PARK MEETING, May 7 @ 6 PM at the skate park, located near the city ball fields.
