Announcements February 3rd – 7th

Girls soccer parent/player meeting Monday, March 16th at 6 in the cafeteria!

FCCLA members who are attending the District Meeting on Wednesday, Feb. 12 need to pick up a blue slip from Mrs. Johnson.  We will return by 3:20. Remember it will be an early out day here.

Have you smelled the chili in the FCS room?  Have you entered the Chili Cook-off???? You still have time!  Prove your chili is better than everyone else’s chili. See Mrs. Johnson or Ms. Buckwalter about the big event on Feb. 11 at 5:00pm.  For $5.00 you will be able to taste all of the entries!

There will be a track meeting in Mrs. Scar’s room during GST on Thursday(tomorrow) from 10:15-10:30. 

Large Groups moving to state should sign up to rehearse at LEAST once this week. State is on Saturday, Feb. 8th. 

Everyone that signed up for Individual speech or wants to, needs to see Mrs. Gaul by Wed. Feb 5th. We need to discuss pieces and get titles to submit to contest! Everyone should be practicing AT LEAST ONCE a week!!!!

Open hitting for golf will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 4 and Thursday Feb. 6 from 3:30 – 4:30 in the Green Space.  Sign up to attend.

Attention breakfast eaters, Monday was the first day of backwards breakfast…..pretty interesting! We still have the hot item everyday, it will be served out of the window so be sure to check that out! We will try this again tomorrow and -on Wednesday stop by for a piece of breakfast pizza! Yummy

Seniors, if you have decided about your post-secondary plans, stop by Chloe’s table at lunch and let your AmeriCorps Student Leader know! She will be at lunch today, Wednesday, February 5, during all lunch shifts.

Iowa Central Community College will be in the counseling office on Thurs Feb 6 at 9:45.  Sign up in the counseling office or on Flexi-Sched.

Upper Iowa University Trap Shooting Coach will be in the counseling office on Thurs Feb 6 at 9:45 to talk to trap shooting members about  their new team at the University. Sign up in the counseling office.
