Seniors: just a reminder that once your senior pictures are taken, you need to have your photographer send a picture for the yearbook, a picture for the slideshow, and a traditional head and shoulder (think school pictures) shot for the newspaper to Mrs. Edwards at aedwards@maquoketaschools.info; these must be digital and with no watermark. You can’t take these off facebook because the size isn’t correct. If you have any questions, see Mrs. Edwards. The deadline for these is April 1st.
Congratulations to the dance team for placing 1st for their pom routine, 2nd for their contemporary routine, and 2nd for their jazz routine in their competition last weekend! If you see a dance team member today wish them good luck as they are going to their state competition today!
SENIORS – Just letting you know we have received the packets to order your cap/gown/tassel! Please stop in the office at your earliest convenience to pick these up, as we have a VERY SHORT TURN AROUND (December 8) to get these completed. The preference is to pay online – but we will accept pay in-person during lunch on the 8th.
DRIVER’S ED still has 2 openings for the November 30 class, if anyone is interested!
Business Club (BPA) meeting on Wednesday, Nov. 18 after school in room 202. Seniors have snacks.
Business Club (BPA) is working concession stand on Friday, Dec. 4 at 4:30. Please sign up in room 202 for a shift.
SENIORS! Have you given Denise your graduation information (height, weight, spelling, etc)? She has sent you email requests! Please reply or stop in the office as soon as possible. She needs this information.
2020-2021 yearbooks can be ordered by going to yearbookforever.com; just a reminder that these must be ordered online. You are not allowed to order and pay at the school.
There are some extra 2019-2020 yearbooks for sale. The price is $80. You must pay in the office and bring your receipt to Mrs. Edwards in order to get your book.
SOPHOMORES: Interested in purchasing a class ring? Packets were handed out to all sophomores IN GEOMETRY CLASSES. If you do not have a geometry class, but are interested in a packet – please stop in the main office to see Denise or Lorna. ORDERS DUE DECEMBER 8!
