Announcements Nov. 18th – 22nd

Reminder – Thursday is the Sophomore Career Fair at CCC in Clinton.  Sophomores will meet in the commons at 8:15. Remember to bring a sack lunch if you did not order one.  We will return around 1:30.

There will be an FCCLA Meeting during GST on Friday, Nov. 22.  I have requested the paid members. Anyone who would like to join, please see Mrs. Johnson.

Be sure to check out the weekly “STAFF SPOTLIGHT” to learn fun things about about our teachers, associates and more! Who knows – there could be a test!

Hawkeye Community College has been rescheduled for Fri Nov 22 at 9:45.

The newly organized Environment Club will be meeting after school Thursday in Mrs. Quinlan’s room. All are welcome!!

Thanks to everyone that helped, donated items, watched or was in Clue! It was a great show and congrats to the seniors for their final fall play! 

If you are a senior that was in or helped with the cast and would like a poster from the play, come see Mrs. Gaul Wed. or Thursday! After that it will be opened to the underclassmen!

Interested in speech? Come to an informational meeting in Mrs. Gaul’s room (206) on Thursday, Nov. 21st at 6:30pm. Supper will be provided. We will discuss the categories, there are even some that don’t require you to speak in front of people!!

Stop out to the MACnificent Cafe to try our new flavor of the season: Peppermint Bark! Try some in your hot chocolate, coffee, or have a peppermint pattie frappe! See you soon!

FFA Fruit Sales will be delivered Dec 2nd.  If you did not get a chance to order, please see an FFA member.  We will have a second order coming in on Dec 18th(Needs to be placed by Dec 6th) 

Beef Extravaganza Practice will be Next week Monday and Tuesday at 7:30am.  Dec 2nd at 5:30pm, other times to be determined.  

Sign in AG Room for Spring Contests.  Would like to start practice asap. Areas are Creed Speaking, Public Speaking, Ext Speaking, Ag Radio, Job Interview, Ag Sales,  Conduct of Meetings, Parli Pro, Ag Issues, Program of Activities, and quizzes.
