Announcements Nov 2nd – 6th

Students who attended the Business Club (BPA) meeting last Wednesday, please turn in papers by the end of this week. Next meeting will be on Wednesday, Nov. 11 after school in room 202. Seniors bring snacks.

Iowa State Univ will be holding a Zoom presentation on Tuesday, November 3 at 9:50.  Sign up sheet is in the Counseling Office to have the link emailed to you or email Mrs. Yarolim that you are interested in joining the Zoom presentation.

Kirkwood Community College will be holding a Zoom presentation on Friday, November 6th at 9:50.  Sign up sheet is in the Counseling Office to have the link emailed to you or email Mrs. Yarolim that you are interested in joining the Zoom presentation.

Northwest Iowa Community College will be holding a Zoom presentation on Monday, November 9th at 10:00.  Sign up sheet is in the Counseling Office to have the link emailed to you or email Mrs. Yarolim that you are interested in joining the Zoom presentation.

If you are planning on going to the Dominican Republic in the summer of 2021, please attend the zoom meeting on Thursday, November 5 during GST. Mrs. Dickey will send you the zoom link through email. 

Are you interested in traveling with the Spanish club to Educador in the summer of 2022??? There will be a parent/student meeting through zoom on Tuesday, November 10th at 6 PM. Please see Mrs. Dickey in room 201 for more information.

Winter cheer tryouts will be held Saturday (November 7). If you are interested in cheering for either basketball or wrestling, please email Coach Edwards at aedwards@maquoketaschools.info; there is a chance tryouts might be done through zoom, so contacting Coach Edwards is important to keep up to date.
