CLUE Auditions: 

Auditions will be held next week, 

Monday, Sept. 16th 3:45pm – 8pm

Tuesday, Sept. 17th 3:45pm – 8pm

Wednesday, Sept. 18th 3:45pm – 6pm

If you need another time, talk to Miss Althoff

Call backs Thurs. Sept. 19th and cast list posting on the 20th. Sign up for an audition slot outside of Miss Althoff’s room! Stop in to get a script to read through beforehand! You must have you dues paid to be cast in a part!

 

If you want to join CAGE and didn’t come to the first meeting, stop into Miss Althoff’s room (206) to get the forms! We would love to have you join our club. 

 

CAGE has volleyball concessions on:

Tuesday, Sept. 10th at 5pm

Tuesday, Sept. 24th at 5pm

Thursday, Oct. 3rd at 5pm

EVERY CAGE member should work at concessions! Sign up outside of Miss Althoff’s room (206). 

 

IMPORTANT DATES!

    September 10 – JOSTENS will be here during GST. The first half to meet with Sophomores regarding class rings, the second half to meet with Seniors regarding GRADUATION. PLEASE, SENIORS, PLAN TO ATTEND regardless of whether you are scheduled to be in the building or not.

   September 17 – Jostens will return to take orders from Sophomores and seniors

 

The MACnificent Cafe is now open! Come out and try our smoothies, frappes, cappuccino, and coffee- only a dollar for all of our beverages, plus they are mostly sugar-free! Open 7:45-8:15 daily. Located next to the AG classroom.

 

Student senate would like to encourage everyone to wear red, white, and blue on Wednesday, September 11 in memory of the 9/11 attacks.

 

Spanish Club will be hosting a club meeting on Tuesday 9/10 during GST in Mrs. Henneman’s room (403). If you would like to join Spanish club or are already part of the club please request Mrs. Henneman on FlexiSched. All are welcome!

 

Maquoketa Kiwanis SKILLS CHALLENGE will be on Thursday, October 3rd beginning at 7 PM. This event is for boys and girls ages 6-15, and will be held at Goodenow Field. Interested participants may stop in the office for an entry form.

 

The first meeting of the school year for club hOpe is TOMORROW, Tuesday Sept 10th in the Library at 730am. Anyone can join at this time! Hope to see you there!
